Tier 2
Texting needs approval from phone carriers, which we do not control. The agreement explains what happens if it is rejected.
Your monthly fee is billed in two parts. The website part starts when your site goes live, and the texting part starts when your business number is working. We do not promise traffic, rankings or leads.
Custom
Some businesses need a different mix, or more than one location. Custom packages are quoted for your business, and the price is negotiable. There are no set custom prices, so contact us with a custom inquiry and tell us what you need.

Fill out the change request form any time. You get 3 changes every month. Standard changes are done within 3 business days. Priority changes are done within 1 business day for $20 each. Changes to what the assistant says count too.

We cannot promise that. We do not promise leads or rankings. We make sure people who find you can get answers fast, at any hour.
You agree to at least 3 months so we have time to set up and tune everything. After that it continues month to month and you can cancel any time with written notice before your next billing date. The full terms are in a written agreement you see before you pay.
If you cancel during the first 3 months, you pay half of the monthly fees for the months that are left. The month you cancel in is already paid.
We contact you several times first, by message, email and phone. The full schedule and the fees are in the agreement you read before you pay.
Bellemark owns the website design, the code, the hosting and the domain while your service is active. You own your business name, logo, photos, text and customer information. If you cancel, the domain transfers to you for a flat $25 fee, and we keep your site running during the transfer so it does not go dark.
Paid ads, search engine work, large amounts of new content, photography, extra pages and a redesign are not included. Business email, a customer database and texting are included in Tier 2.
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Eastern, by message or call. We reply within 1 business day. Change requests go through the change request form.
Yes. Read the Tier 1 agreement or the Tier 2 agreement before you pay anything. They are short and in plain English.
Tier 1 is a website with a chat assistant that answers common questions, for $500 once and $150 a month. Tier 2 adds a CRM, business email, a business number with text alerts, missed call text back with an AI assistant, and review requests, for $1,350 once and $650 a month.
