Bellemark Studio ("Bellemark", "we", "us", "our") is a Georgia-based business that builds automated lead capture and follow-up systems for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit bellemarkstudio.com or interact with our services.

When you request a free demo or interact with our site, we collect the following:

• Information you give us: first name, last name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, and any text you enter in the "challenge" field of our demo form.
• Chat conversations: messages you exchange with our chat widget (provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector).
• Calendar bookings: if you schedule a call via Calendly, Calendly collects the information needed to book the meeting on our behalf.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is standard web server / analytics data.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (health, financial account, government ID, or similar) through this site.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your demo request and contact you about our services.
• Send transactional emails (confirmation of your request, calendar invites, follow-ups related to your demo).
• Build and deliver the systems we agree to provide for your business.
• Improve the performance and security of our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We will not add you to a generic marketing newsletter without your consent.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. They only receive data necessary to perform their function:

• MongoDB — secure storage of lead submissions.
• Google (Gmail SMTP) — delivery of notification and confirmation emails.
• Calendly — scheduling demo calls.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — chat widget on our website.
• Cloud hosting provider — running this website and API.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Our site uses essential cookies and similar technologies required for the website to function. The embedded chat widget may set its own cookies to remember your conversation. We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party retargeting pixels. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

We keep lead submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate our business and respond to you. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days of your request, except where we are required by law to retain it.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Opt out of further contact from us at any time.

Our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

As described on our Giving page, Bellemark contributes 5% of every monthly subscription payment to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This contribution is made on Bellemark's behalf — no part of your personal information is shared with CHOA.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
